Welcome to DE Platform. By accessing or using our platform at d-e.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

To access courses, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Course Access and Content

Upon enrollment (free or paid), you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own educational purposes. You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid courses are available as individual gates or bundled packages. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP).

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Access to paid content is granted immediately upon successful payment
  • Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • Refund requests should be sent to support@mail.d-e.io

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DE Platform, including course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DE Platform or its content partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Entreprenerds curriculum is provided under license from Entreprenerds Ltd.

7. Certificates and Badges

Digital certificates and badges earned through DE Platform represent completion of course requirements. They are issued by DE Platform and are not accredited academic credentials unless explicitly stated. Certificates remain valid as long as they can be verified through our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

DE Platform provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from completing our courses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DE Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to course content will end, though certificates earned remain valid.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
